Terms and Conditions

Rules of Engagement:

a. Punctuality: Participants agree to be on time for all scheduled sessions, activities, and group gatherings during the retreat.

b. Respect: All participants commit to treating each other, including the facilitators, with respect, kindness, and consideration.

c. Active Listening: Participants agree to practice active listening and presence during all sessions, sound baths, meditations, and group interactions.

d. Communication: All communication will be conducted with kindness, empathy, and non-judgment. This includes respecting different spiritual practices, beliefs, and healing modalities.

e. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information, stories, and vulnerabilities shared within the group. What is shared in the retreat stays in the retreat.

f. Phone/Device Policy: Participants are encouraged to be present and minimize phone/device usage during group activities, meditations, and meals to honor the collective experience.

Payment Terms:

a. A $3,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance of $3,500 is due 60 days prior to the retreat

b. Alternatively, full payment of $6,500 may be made in full at the time of booking.

c. Early bird pricing of $6,000 (pay in full) or deposit of $3,000 applies until December 31, 2025. After December 31, 2025, regular pricing of $6,500 applies.

d. All payments must be received by the stated deadlines to maintain your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Your deposit is refundable (less a $500 cancellation fee) only if you cancel up to 60 days prior to the retreat .

b. The full remaining balance for the trip is due 60 days prior to the retreat. Should you cancel within this 60-day window, no refunds will be issued.

c. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 60 days prior.

d. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat will result in forfeiture of all payments with no refund, transfer option is  available and your retreat hosts will provide due diligence to support a transfer, but are not obligated to replace your spot. 

Liability And Medical Disclaimer:

a. Participants agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to the start of the retreat. This includes physical limitations, mental health considerations, and any medications you are currently taking.

b. The guidance, meditations, energy healing, sound baths, and movement practices provided during this retreat are offered with the utmost integrity and are based on extensive training and experience. However, they are not substitutes for professional medical or psychological treatment.

c. Participants are encouraged to continue working with licensed medical professionals, therapists, or doctors for any ongoing medical or psychological concerns.

d. Facilitators will not be held liable for any conditions, symptoms, or additional treatment required by a licensed medical professional as a result of participation in retreat activities.

e. Participants participate in all retreat activities (including yoga, movement, sound baths, energy work, and adventure activities such as surfing, kayaking, and ATV riding) at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their physical safety and wellbeing.

f. Participants waive any claims against the facilitators, the villa, and the retreat organizers for injury, illness, or any adverse effects that may occur during or after the retreat.

Accommodations & Logistics:

a. Accommodations consist of single room occupancy in King or Queen Suite style rooms within the villa. Room assignments will be made by the organizers based on availability.

b. Airport transport from Puerto Vallarta Airport is included. Participants must provide flight information 30 days prior to arrival.

c. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance and valid passport for entry into Mexico.

d. The retreat is all-inclusive except for flights. No refunds will be issued for unused activities or meals.

Acknowledgment:

By registering and paying for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You understand that violation of these terms may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.

You further acknowledge that you are in good physical and mental health, capable of participating in moderate to vigorous physical activity, and assume full responsibility for your wellbeing during the retreat.
